Those black & yellow bands are finally going to be put to use!

What is TRX?

TRX was created by a Navy Seal to give you a full body strength workout utilizing your own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells. It is good for all types of athletes and can be compared to a simpler version of pilates or antigravity yoga. TRX is a total body workout centered on your core and relies on your body weight.

Why Should I Try It?

It’s great for both beginners and you gym rats, not to mention those who are always on the go. The two suspension straps allow for a ton of movements that help to improve strength, balance, and flexibility without having to spend hours at the gym. These two bands will kick your butt in under 30 minutes. All movements can be adapted to any fitness level, just like everything we do here at Schedule II.

How Do I Try It?

Lucky for you, starting April 26 we are offering class on Thursday mornings at 5:45AM. Class will run approximately 45-minutes and is limited to 6 people. You read that right, 6 PEOPLE! So, what does that mean? Well, it means you can’t just show up. You need to register to guarantee yourself a spot. TRX will not be included in any membership and will be pay-per-class ($10).

How Do I Register For Class?

Easy. Download the MindBody App right to your smart phone/device or go to and login. Search for Schedule II CrossFit (add us to your favorites) and search for Thursday morning classes. You’ll see TRX listed, and hit “Sign Up Now”. This will prompt you to pay for the class ($10) and will reserve your spot. Have fun!   **UPDATE: Starting July 2 this class will be held on Monday evenings only, at 6:30PM.
