CrossFit requires attending an On-ramp, or a Beginners Foundational Course. This course begins with a free assessment that you will complete 1:1 with one of our coaches. We will review all of the fundamental movements and determine your path to joining our group classes. For more information and to schedule your free assessment, please contact us today! 

Rise & Grind requires no prerequisite course or history. You simply sign-up and show up.

Yoga is open to anyone, existing members or not. We have punch cards, or bundles, available for 10-class packages.
