We are back for our 4th semi-annual 24-hour CrossFit-style endurance event. We will be completing one workout every hour on the hour for a total of 24 consecutive hours.
There will be 3 levels of glory; Heavy, Challenge, or Light.
Some workouts will be team or partner style.
CrossFit experience is REQUIRED. You are under no obligation to RX every movement, but you need to know the fundamentals of each movement. There will be scaling options provided for more complex movements/weight and you will not be penalized for scaling a workout. If our coaches need to take time out of the hour to teach you how to perform a movement, that is time taken away from rest time. This event is not to learn, it is to endure.
