Rowing (ERG) Seminar

Join Sandy San Emeterio for a Rowing (ERG) Seminar! This seminar will help improve your rowing performance on the ergometer through lecture and demonstration, practical application, and a challenging workout.
The day will include instruction on rowing technique, error analysis and correction, and maximizing your power and efficiency for better WOD times.
A former collegiate sweep rower for SUNY Oswego in Oswego, NY, Sandy is currently a lightweight rower for Riverfront Recapture in Hartford, competing regionally and nationally in both lightweight and open sculling events. She formerly coached for the sweep program at East Hampton High School and sculling and indoor rowing programs for Pioneer Valley Riverfront Club in Springfield, MA.
Rowing 101: Principles of the rowing stroke, ergometer setup (30 minutes)
Technical analysis and drills (45 minutes)
Top 3 essential erg workouts (15 minutes)
