Ever wonder how you stack up against other athletes of a similar build? This is your time to find out.
The CrossFit Liftoff consists of two max-effort lifts and a test of GPP (General Physical Preparedness). The release of the workout will be on Thursday, November 30 at 5:00pm PT. Athletes will then have until Monday, December 4 at 5:00pm PT to complete the workout and their heaviest Snatch and Clean & Jerk. There is no timecap on the lifts, and athletes can take as many attempts as they want within the given dates.

There is an individual, masters, and teen division, so everyone is encouraged to participate!
