CrossFit
All workouts are based on functional movements, which include the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. By implementing a constantly varied approach, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.
Endurance
This is “an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential.” Our programming will incorporate Olympic lifts, powerlifting, gymnastics movements, body weight movements and explosive activity.
Rise & Grind
Leave the heavy weights & barbells behind and come for a 60-minute training through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Yoga
Join us Sunday morning for Vinyasa Yoga. Yoga will help with muscle tightness and soreness that you can experience after a workout. It will help loosen you up after a training session, speed up recovery, and reduce soreness.
Barbell Club
EH Strength Barbell Club is aimed at improving your olympic lifts. The goal is to compete in a USA Weightlifting meet. But, nonetheless, you will be provided additional barbell programming meant to improve your lifts and get you stronger.
Personal Training
Our Personal Trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to help you start or maintain an effective fitness routine. They’ll instruct and assist you in reaching your personal goals, whether it be weight loss, endurance, weightlifting, or an overall healthy lifestyle.
