Rise & Grind
Leave the heavy weights & barbells behind and come for a 60-minute training through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Join us 3-days a week for Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga. Yoga will help with muscle tightness and soreness that you can experience after a workout. It will help loosen you up after a training session, speed up recovery, and reduce soreness.
All workouts are based on functional movements, which include the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. By implementing a constantly varied approach, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.
This is “an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential.” Our programming will incorporate Olympic lifts, powerlifting, gymnastics movements, body weight movements and explosive activity.
EH Strength Barbell Club is aimed at improving your olympic lifts. The goal is to compete in a USA Weightlifting meet. But, nonetheless, you will be provided additional barbell programming meant to improve your lifts and get you stronger.
Utilize your own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells. It is good for all types of athletes and can be compared to a simpler version of pilates or antigravity yoga. TRX is a total body workout centered on your core and relies on your body weight.
